 Dear Mel and the team at Nourish Catering,

We would like to say a massive thank you, to you all for making our wedding day so wonderful!When we came up with the idea of having our reception at The Basin, on Sydney’s Pittwater- we knew we were up for a challenge as it is water access only. This meant that all of the food/gear/staff/guests etc all had to go over by boat/barge and meant quite a few logistical problems to overcome. Calling around to a lot of catering companies, not many people were interested in taking on this challenge for us. Some companies did quote for us, but their quotes were ridiculously high, and no one seemed that helpful. I was referred to you from a friend on the Northern Beaches, and we feel so lucky that we met you and that you were able to help us create the most perfect wedding day. Right from the first phone call, Mel made the process seem so easy and put us at ease. We discussed the issues with getting over to The Basin and Mel was actually excited about doing the wedding there as it gave her a challenge. John and I loved the tasting night. This was an awesome chance for us to sample some of the cocktail food & we were thrilled with everything that was served. Mel and her team- are wonderful chefs and seriously know their food! Leading up to the wedding, Mel was so helpful with any questions I had for her- and made the whole organising process so easy for me. We had complete confidence that the wedding night was going to be amazing and it was! Having a cocktail party for our reception, the biggest concern was not having enough food for everyone. At the end of the night, all of our guests were raving about the quality and taste of the food, the service from all of the staff and overall how impressed they all were with the catering team.  No one was left hungry!! We were so impressed with Nourish Catering and are more than happy to recommend them to anyone we meet, who needs a caterer. I can’t wait to have another party, so I can eat your food again! Thank you so much Mel! You are truly wonderful at what you do and we really appreciate all of your help. We will remember that always.
